Hella Berkeley membership rules

Hi!
Here, we post the rules for our Facebook group, since they might be easy to miss on FB!
Sorry for the slightly long read. It’s for the safety and security of everyone in the group.

Charter:
This is a private group, and we reserve the right to delete comments and ban members as we see fit.
This rarely happens, and is not something we take lightly.
PLEASE DO NOT INVITE PEOPLE WITHOUT LETTING THEM KNOW. Everyone is required to ANSWER THE QUESTIONS and AGREE TO THE RULES or they will NOT BE ADDED.

GOFUNDME CAMPAIGNS AND OTHER CHARITIES: We support posting and promoting gofundme campaigns for LEGITIMATE, causes such as education, medical, death, birth and natural disaster assistance. HOWEVER: CHECK WITH US FIRST! before posting any post asking for money!
Any posts asking for money without checking with us first will be deleted and the user who posted it banned.

BUSINESSES: All local, mom-and-pops, non-chain businesses are welcome to promote here! CHECK WITH US FIRST. We support local business, but want to know more first.

RULES:
1: Keep it clean, this is a family oriented place!
2: No fighting. You will be banned
3: No religious promotions or blessings
4: No soliciting anyone for $$$
5: No indecent material. (see #1)
6: Don’t add people who don’t have real ties here
7: No Political campaigning by any candidates. If you are a candidate and want to put a question to the group, contact me directly, and I am see what the group mood about it is.
8: No political debates. However, constructive humanitarian conversations about about the value of human life, and how it protect it, are welcomed. We are Strictly non racist and non sexist in our charter.
9: No jerk behavior. This means being mean, starting or instigating fights, (We see you) acting rude or just being sloppy with your language, or actions will get you banned.
10: No “Harvesting”. If you randomly start friending a bunch of people you do not know, or start adding a bunch of people to this group who do not answer the questionnaire, and agree to the rules, we will see it and ban you.
